The First Lady of the United States (FLOTUS) moves through an impressive program of skipping, a medicine-ball-assisted abs workout, killer plymometric jumps, and a 35kg bench press topped-off with a kickboxing routine – with help from Cornell McClennan, a member of the President's Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition.
The clip was released in response to a Barack Obama-issued challenge to "Gimme Five, FLOTUS-style" as part of a US government initiative that aims to get Americans moving by sharing five things they're doing to lead a healthier life.
